Great staff, good location!

The location is great. The view of the river was also one of the plus. Staff is friendly and always available.

The lighting in the room is too dim in winter. The dinning area is especially poorly lit. And we cannot see what’s in the cupboard as it was too dark. We needed to shine a light.

Very good size rooms. Comfortable and in a great location. Reception staff very nice.

The rooms could do with a coffee machine. Yes there is a cafe downstairs, but it is nice to have a coffee considering there is a sitting room.

Wonderful

Great location! However, there was a construction nearby, so on weekdays we woke up pretty early because of the noise, but it was quiet at the weekend. The staff was friendly, and checking in and out was easy. We could also store our luggage on the day of check-out to walk around the city. The room was clean, we only noticed a little bit of limestone in the bathroom.

The sink in the bathroom was really small and narrow, it was hard not to get water all over the place while brushing your teeth or washing your face.

Cleanliness and heating control modern facilities lovely to look at and the bed was so clean and comfortable the appliances were spotless

A nice place in a covenient location.

Location was perfect for the function I was attending and close to the Underground station. Clean, modern place, friendly staff, good WiFi. Room was equipped with a small kitchenette and air con.

The rooms are quite industrial in look, but well appointed. Some quirky switches and controls for lights / TV / Aircon would be a real challenge if one was inebriated. No windows, just an opaque glass door leading to I know not where. No breakfast - just a coffee shop which I did not use. Pretty expensive by my rural standards.

Pretty great

It isn't easy to feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed during essential travel through covid and lockdown but somehow these guys managed it. I have only good things to say. Room was as advertised, kitchen and amenities were more than enough to cook 3 full meals a day and clean up after yourself. Everything was up to health and safety standards including no lift sharing, easily accessible sanitiser, and visible frequent cleaning. Good job to the designers of the room. They made good use of the furnishings and space. Everything was functional, practical, clean, and pretty. Best part of the stay was the 24-hr staff. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Thanks to Jess, Anu, Che, Palma and everyone who was there during my stay. Would love to come back during better travel times.

Not much missing from the experience. If I had to nitpick, my room had no bidet but I think in their culture it is not a common bathroom fixture so up to you how important that is to you.

Comfortable room with kitchenette, it has everything you might need. On the ground floor, there is a lot of space to work with good wifi. Great location.

Things always go wrong in every hotel it’s expected, but you did an excellent job hiring great staff

My stay was during the Tier 4 so I was unable to experience anything but the room. I know London extremely well so I knew where to go but most foreign travelers will find the city area a little quiet. The staff handled a problem I had with my room, they were fast and efficient and always a pleasure.

The room I was first assigned was fine but the hob wasn’t working. I was then moved to the room next door. Unfortunately there were missing items (wine glasses etc) I didn’t need them but there should be a better inventory system. I was working and found it hard that the plugs were placed too far from the bed. The table and chairs were uncomfortable and an awkward size, didn’t use at all. But most bothersome was that there was nowhere to place a coffee etc near the bed.
